It was one of the families 'let get fit' stages, but look, I think it didn't last long, in other words this is hardly used.With the one touch programme and resistance keys, it won't make you sweat anymore than you have too! It also features a buit in iPad, iPhone and iPod dock to listen to those groovy tunes while riding. Music input with headphone jack and onboard speakers. There are 35 workout programmes and 32 levels of resitance. Your heart rate is taught to be a controlled training. Custom user programmes, so you don't have to interfers with another program. You can test you fitness too! It is also 'polar compatible,' and has a wireless heart rate sensor. If you get really hot, dont fret! There is your own personal two speed cooling fan and a special place to put your water so you can drink away. It will hold up to 150kg, so it is ideal for MOST people!!
